SHIPPING:
Shipping and Packaging Costs are included in the original item cost.
Additional shipping costs apply to paper and canvas prints only - subject
to a couriers quote & 10% handling fee. *Note that any local taxes
&/or import duties are for purchasers account.
All non-local shipping is by international courier service.
The purchaser must ensure that the full physical address and contact details are provided to ensure successful delivery of paintings.
All paintings are sold without frames to reduce shipping charges.
Packaging:
Paintings larger than 48" x48" are packaged in a wooden crate.
Paintings smaller than 48" x 48" are packaged in a cardboard box.
Artwork that can be rolled is packaged in a heavy duty mailing tube.
RETURNS:
- Within 15 days of receipt of artwork.
- Full refund issued upon return of item. Return shipping remains the responsibility of the buyer.
- Paintings must be returned in their original condition for refunds to apply, & damage related costs will be deducted from the refund.
PAYMENT:
- PayPal
- Credit Card, * through the PayPal Guest Checkout feature.
Note that when you make a payment through PayPal you will be redirected to a secure PayPal page and then back to us to confirm the order.
PLEASE NOTE:
a) All sales are final once payment is made.
b) The buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom
charges that may be incurred in your own countries.
c) Please make sure that the address listed with me is the correct
mailing address as shipping costs due to re-sending a package are
the buyers responsibility.
d) When paying via credit card or PayPal, payment is submitted at the
time you place the order.
e) All oil paintings are finished varnished, unless otherwise stated.
f) All artwork is shipped with a "Certificate of Authenticity", and all
artwork has an additional signature and date on the back.
